Jaime Panus

Jaime Panus joined the firm in May of 2007 as a legal secretary. She received her B.A. in Mass Communications from Benedictine College in 2005. She has a public and media relations background and is beginning her legal experience with Randy W. James & Associates.

Marian Neal

Marian Neal has been with the firm since its inception in 1983. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1972 and in 1990 earned an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas. Her career in the legal field started in 1972 as a legal secretary and in 1986 she moved into a legal assistant position. She is also the firm's office manager. Marian has extensive experience in the preparation of large personal injury and product liability cases for trial, from the initial investigation and discovery, to organization and maintenance of computerized databases of documents produced by defendants in those cases. In addition, she has attended and assisted in a number of lengthy trials over the past several years.

Carin Saverino

Carin Saverino was hired at the firm in December 2002. She left the firm in July of 2004 to have triplets and remained at home with them until 2006. She has an Associates Degree as a Legal Assistant from Springfield College. Carin has previously worked in both the legal and medical fields and brings a wide variety of knowledge and experience to the firm.

Angel Romi

Angel Romi joined the firm in August 2004. She has been a legal secretary for the past 18 years and has worked in private practice as well as a corporate setting. Her background experience includes workers' compensation, insurance defense, as well as plaintiff's litigation
