Our Attorneys

Attorney Randy W. James has 25 years of experience representing individuals and their families. Mr. James focuses his legal energies on cases involving dangerous products, aircraft crashes, automobile and truck collisions, and defective premises. Mr. James has extensive experience representing clients in claims against large corporations and insurance companies.

Attorney Lauren Perkins Allen focuses her practice on representing clients in the field of products liability. Ms. Allen represents clients who have been catastrophically injured as well as family members who wish to bring a wrongful death claim on behalf of a loved one. Currently, Ms. Allen is serving her elected term as District Representative for Missouri and Kansas on the ABA Young Lawyer Division's National Council and serves on the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association's Board representing the Bar Leadership Academy as well as its Vice-Chairperson of the Finance and Investment Committee.

Jessica M. Agnelly joins the firm with two years of appellate law clerk experience at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Missouri Court of Appeals. Ms. Agnelly represents individuals who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle collisions and by defective products and also the families of individuals who have been killed in such collisions and by such products.
